The Almas Kavir Carpet Booth, like previous years, is designed to be semi-enclosed. However, per the employer’s request, the carpets are mostly displayed on carpet beds, with only one carpet loom visible within the booth. Consequently, the main area for displaying the carpets needed an adequate opening for the maximum arrangement of the carpet beds. On the other hand, the presence of exhibition hall columns at various points within the booth created some design constraints, which were addressed by integrating the exterior shell and concealing the columns within the spaces, to minimize visual and functional disruption to the Almas Kavir Carpet Booth.
The use of neutral colors throughout the booth, its coordination with the booth’s carpet flooring, and focused lighting on the carpets all significantly enhanced the appeal of the carpets.
The Almas Kavir Carpet Booth at the Tehran Carpet Exhibition is one of the best examples of booths constructed by the Ideh Sazan Dehnad Booth Construction Company.
